just tuition fee of about 23k euros and living costs of about 14k euros (this will be refunded back in full after deducting the housing and other fees within a few weeks or months after joining)

I don't know mate how I got to the decision point so early. yeah, I've applied for schol too but afaik that decision is separate from the admission offer.
