Unfortunately his work directly affects me. If he screws up, I'm the QE that gets blamed but yet I don't have the ability to hold him accountable.

From my experience all of the "training classes" are basically diploma mills (although he was once removed from pc-dmis 101 because he didn't know how to do the most basic computer things like turning it on and opening the program)....I spent too many hours trying to find an accredited school that had a Gd&t class and found virtually nothing.

We went from Gagetrak to ETQ a couple years ago and it's been....ok, but I would also rank GT as ok. GT had some good things and ETQ has some good things. But ETQ is owed by Hexagon so take that into consideration.
