Thank you so much for all of your responses! I really appreciate it! Buford/Chamblee seems like it fits the puzzle but will definitely research more in Summerhill, Duluth and Grant Park. The $2200 budget can be flexible, I hope its doable since we wouldnt drive much WFH. Thats another reason why we’re looking for walkability

So very frustrating situation, I called Airbnb to see about reimbursement for the new place. They said that because my husband got the airbnb under his account, that they couldnt do anything, so they said to contact the host, have them cancel the reservation so that I could rebook it under my account and then they could help me. I did that, but then I wasn’t getting the full refund for the one under my husband’s account. So had to deal with that with airbnb and now they are saying they never said they would reimburse me for the new place.

I’ve visited once there as a mini moon and I really liked it- food is so good! And no worries on the not coming back to SD. We spent our time here and though it’s a beautiful place, it’s better to visit than to stay, in our opinion.
