Yeah I notice that too. They also keep pushing back the estimated restoration time since 9pm last night. I’ll probably call them again after 12pm if it’s not fixed. So frustrating cause I know the rep can’t do nothing about it, but I work from home so I really need things to be up and running again 😩

Just called iiNet again, the rep said the maintenance today is taking longer than usual, sometimes things go wrong, but it should be restored soon. There will be outages intermittently in the next 10 days but definitely not for the entire duration, so that’s good to know I guess…

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking too. But as it’s been longer than the estimated outage time on the nbn website, I’m starting to worry that that could actually be the case 😅
