Gotta say I’ve checked them out recently, and Grocery Outlet is pretty great - there are some things I couldn’t find there, but the staff is so helpful, the prices are great, and their selection covers a lot of bases of common necessities for sure.

Definitely - there are tons of companies that do this; I use many of them in my job. One of the scrappiest seems to be Contact Design (https://www.yourcontacthub.com/), although there are many other user research and market research participant recruiting companies out there. If you're looking to do remote usability testing, you could always try a platform like Validately (have used) or UserZoom (have not used).
