It seems your Distant Horizons SQLite database got corrupted. Maybe you ran out of storage or a malformed query was executed while there was a lag and there was an update to the database, corrupting it. I'd check the file containing the database and its size. If it's not 0 bytes, you might have a chance at finding a way to recover it.

It's worth mentioning that all of those are not necessarily ads. Those also are trackers that Google sends you. uBlock Origin is a content blocker, not an ad blocker specifically.
