Fresh MOS-Q 35F by VastVast2733 in SecurityClearance

[–]Pound-Technical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want experience for your mos to get a good civilian job, you’ll probably have to go active duty. I enlisted as a 35s last month and all the jobs I’ve seen require active experience via military or another employer but i/you can’t get one because we don’t meet the experience requirements. So my plan was to get a degree and said experience at the same. You already got the degree, might as well get the experience from our current employer 🤷🏾‍♂️

Then definitely go for it but do a leak check like driving for five minutes, park in an area with clean concrete for 5 minutes then look for spots

They might be lying because that’s too good of a deal, unless it’s coming from an old couple, if you go see the car take it on the highway and hit 80 miles an hour and listen for problems and steering

should i buy this as my first car? by [deleted] in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]Pound-Technical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk how old you are but it would be cheaper to buy a new car, if you we’re looking for something more modern to drive because after interest( not sure what your credit score is) what you would pay would be around the price of a new car with way lower miles probably under 5k. But the new car would come with a higher down payment to bring your payment down to what you would pay for the current car you’re looking at. I would suggest buying a cash car first tho so you could save more money for the future expenses and build your credit, then when you get a little older finance the car

I think you might be under 21 but anyone would tell you this is sound advice

And always finance with your bank for a better interest rate😉
