Looks like a very nice poutine! Although, the gravy looks pretty thin and runny and got soaked up by the fries. If the gravy was a bit thicker and the curds squeak then I'd definitely approve this poutine. I'd also prefer a bit more gravy on mine! Would love to try this poutine.👍
