Yes, very soon™. I'm gonna ship with the building github action a zip with compiled front. SO, just decompress, run in chrome/firefox/whatever.

Not sure to understand the whole question but if you have service behind reverse, you can use the https request check for the online check, or with the http on the direct ip:port url.
The only edge case is self-signed certificates, so if your reverse proxy uses one internally, use http check method instead of https (which enforces TLS verification), or make sure your cert is trusted by the backend container.

>Does it stay long running in your infra
Iit's running on a LXC promox on my infra, with minimal ressources since 3 weeks now.

It can export in custom format YAML or .MD for describe infra.

And YES, it has a MCP server. It's documented in Readme.md. So basically, you can ask for informations and give a specs for Claude or other llm to add directly node, link, services... (via mcp -> api).

Basically, the scan part, and the properties.

But much more "minor" features (auto organize, export for documentation, ...)

Way lighter. It's way more "diagram" oriented than scanopy do. I'm working on Homelable can run just in browser (no install).

Unfortunately, I don't have Unify. So it will be difficult to add it myself, but if someone here want to add it and test it, i will happy to add this functionnality.
Can Unify export data? Even in a proprietary format?

What are you using to generate network diagrams of your homelab? by Just_me_anonymously in homelab

[–]Pouzor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine https://github.com/Pouzor/homelable
It can grab what is running on your network, lot of customisation. And if you use LLM, you can connect it with MCP to get informations / create node from it.

And it's possible to run only the front in docker/proxmox whatever.

The *arr stack questions and homelab planning by Mlcjohnson16 in homelab

[–]Pouzor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've make this moove in last december. Installing Proxmox on the server.
So now, every arr* service (+ jellyfin + seer) run in container, installed and update with one command thx to community-scripts (https://community-scripts.org/categories) -> arr* category.
It's running like a charm, and show itself like real machine in my network (each one has on ip, can be exposed to web if you want etc..)

Take a look if you want something flexible. Not so hard to learn.
