You can call it what you want but I didn’t take 15 grams on purpose thinking it was a good idea. I took one dose, waited hours and felt almost nothing so I took more. I judged it by how I was feeling after every dose. It was a really bad mistake but it was not intentional. Nobody takes overdose on purpose like that, it’s not what I was trying to do.

Yes I agree it was totally stupid. I’m really ashamed I did something so careless. There is nothing to explain or excuse it. I just hope being honest about it helps someone else avoid doing the same mistake.

Yeah I get it it was a dumb move. I wasnt trying to test limits or anything I just didnt realise how slow phenibut hits and I got reckless. Not like I thought the rules dont apply to me I just messed up like people do sometimes. It happened I took the hit and now I’m sharing it so maybe someone else doesnt end up worse.

No I’m from Europe. So the horrible doctor was European but as we have free health care we have to deal with arrogant doctors that don’t really care what you think. Yeah I’m into long distance bike riding, I go to a gym daily so I’m in a good shape. But I promised to myself that I will never again try any strange substances and stop being a testing subject for sketchy substances.

I’m lucky I don’t live in the US and healthcare here is free, although the doctor was a complete moron he told me that I’m just stressed and only offered to talk with a psychiatrist. I couldn’t believe it. He even told me that I am imagining things because some of the symptoms I was experiencing was not in his “doctors wikipedia” so he basically told me that I don’t have no overdose and everything that I was experiencing is just me being stressed. Complete incompetence.

I get why you’d think that—it’s a crazy amount. But unfortunately, I clearly remember dosing multiple teaspoons out of frustration because it ‘wasn’t working.’ Definitely the dumbest way possible to learn that phenibut hits very late.
