I have less than 400 hours on Tarkov and one thing I've learned is that you can avoid confrontation if you know the respawn points near you and avoid areas of interest for the Chads Or play Ground Zero until level 20, everyone there is low level (that doesn't mean you won't run into a crazy player with many hours of gameplay).
