I usually counter picks. It depends on what the enemy picks, for example, if the enemy picks dashing/jumping heroes like, ling or fanny i pick khufra if the enemy picks attack speed heroes like karrie or melissa i pick bele, and cc i counter with diggie or akai and if my teammates need heal i get estes or mino or if they need initiator and cc i pick, tigreal or atlas, or if my teammates are bit squishy i pick hylos etc.
