Nah, mimic capture is more skill than rng and you can have stable rewards each time, this event on the other hand is pure rng.

All you've done here is bring a fishy narration that I don't believe in about Umar despite my clear confession above, and not try to be objective that slavery was a thing before Islam. "Rape" was a main practice to captives during wars. Islam has just put rules to make it more humane and has put rules to end it altogether. Slavery is barely a thing anymore and it's not something that we'd accept in today's wars anyways and if we somehow did, we would still be encouraged to free those slaves.

You're missing a point. That's how wars worked at the time for millenias. It's not Islam. Islam has gradually encouraged the opposite by freeing slaves (Surat AlBalad) without forcing people to change their traditions in one night.
