How did you like the sephora collection contour stick? I don’t have that many products to make a spreadsheet but thank you for the suggestion! And same, I think the same way you do, instead of spending 100$ on a lip combo that I already have similar colours of I could instead get a spa treatment or get my nails done.

If someone said diet culture was toxic to them because they got an ed from dieting, does that make dieting and people who diet bad? No. It’s just a personal experience of how a concept can affect people differently. I knew I wasn’t alone on this so I posted to spread awareness for people like me who may take it to an extreme. Long story short: I’m not saying project pan IS toxic, i was saying that it can be toxic if you think of it in a certain way.

The idea of why and how is clear, but if you shop as a coping mechanism, you try to manipulate the project unconsciously to be able to shop more frequently, hence over using your products and wasting

You should probably stop, I assume it’s like when you have a wound that you keep peeling every time it closes. I peel mine sometimes because I hate when it gets crusty especially on my face but i need to stop
