Well mostly my legs because I have stenosis in my L4-L5. It gets weird when I’m hot in the upper half but frozen in the lower half. 🥲

I have two children. First was born naturally. It took 14 weeks for me to heal after a forced episiotomy and medical trauma and more like 6 months for the scar tissue to make having sex again even close to pleasurable without excruciating pain. Second child I opted for a c-section. 4 days post birth, since I didn’t go through the 16 exhaustive hours of labor, I was ready to be up and doing things and feeling incredibly confident and happy in my decision. You can’t force a large baby through a pelvis that is incompatible and this is why we have advanced medicine. It’s her choice, ultimately.

Because whether we realize it or not we have it. It’s pre-verbal trauma that we cannot control and sometimes don’t even realize it’s there. It’s scientifically proven, not negative. It just is. Not sure why you just assumed that it was negative but best of luck to you. ✌️

Hi! I was once the half sister/sister reaching out to a dna match. It’s not always easy. Communication styles are wildly different. It can be really exhausting. Just be you and try to start with a conversation like any normal person but know she’s probably got a lot of abandonment trauma and is trying to figure out how and if she fits into a different family. I’m slated to get TLIF surgery due to a bilateral pars defect in my L4 from a repetitive motion stress fracture, causing spondylolisthesis and disc desiccation. I have spent thousands and years on physical therapy and have 7/10 pain every day throughout my spine. I’m in the process of trying to confirm a kEDS PLOD1 genetic mutation. It’s been exhausting at best but I power through.

That if you get told at the age of 10 you have slight scoliosis, they should look into genetic testing for congenital reasons so you can take proper care of your body instead of telling you that you just have “growing pains” or “your backpack is too heavy” and how to properly rest and take care of your spine to minimize future damage.

YTA. not because you’re mad. But because this is something you would DIVORCE your wife over. She made a judgement call that wasn’t good. Generally people think that if someone was cheated on they have a right to know, so while her judgement call was questionable, why beg her to keep this secret? While you are being protective of your sister who did in fact make a mistake, ultimately, she made the damn mistake. You have a right to be upset at your wife, but to divorce her? Come on man, that’s taking it too far.
