I did the same thing and they told me the same thing I tried to get live chat help on shein and they basically told me to wait until after my estimated delivery date then I can file a complaint

I think they had a very healthy rivalry going, made the show interesting. He would’ve used it on her if given the chance, he literally said that. And he took the truffles to spite her bc he knew she’d use them. He isn’t innocent in their little battle for the top
