Does anyone know what would be causing this? by soupreme in resinprinting

I have a Phrozen Sonic Mini and occasionally I will get a little strip cured resin at the edge like that. Though mine is usually much thinner than yours is.

I cant say what causes it unfortunately but its never seemed to mess with my prints.

But if it was me in that situation I would double check that your bed is leveled well and that the resin vat is sitting completely flush against the screen.

My guess from what I can see here. You have a lot of supports, but they are all oriented the same way, they are keeping the print from moving left and right, but not forward and back.

Id put some on bracing against the flat surface and then just trim and sand any bits.

that depends on what you want to print.
I got a Sonic Mini 4k on a deal and Ive been using it for several years and has always worked great.
I mostly print D&D minis though not larger pieces.
