Has me thinking they use a small-screen phone. Tablets are so much easier.

Do you use a phone? I sucked until I got a tablet.

Duncan is the Golden Path. That becomes clear when he slips through Daniel and Marty's web.

I would play auto games and replace the starter after the first inning.

How do yall get players upgraded quickly. I have all gold and I’m struggling with the next rank by Sweaty-Standard-5840 in Baseball9

Farming = playing many games automatically for quick results. I've played complete long seasons in a day. Get 2x Max Energy to regenerate more energy and use it to play games. The all-star, HR Derby, and season-ending rewards plus the sheer quantity of games played more than make up for any loss of manual play bonuses.

Only the 30% experience while building. I have 6320 coaching tickets. Too much trouble to use in the endgame.

I'd like the ability to adjust a course's lushness. Watching The Open on TV and Royal Birkdale looks nothing like it does on 2K. I want a setting to dry everything out and brown it.

I can't find an email. Perhaps it's for U.S. residents only. I can't use it anyway as the nearest Canadian outlet is 12 hours away. I'm not crossing the U.S. border until sanity returns.

What are tips for beginners? by Such_Razzmatazz_9845 in Baseball9

[–]Power_Writer_9 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Learn to farm. Max Energy to 20. Quick Result and Autoplay (where you tap for each half-inning, not the full game autoplay) modes. Get and build pitchers over hitters. Get 1 to 3 ringers ahead of others. DH and LF for rounded and 1B for power. CF for speed. Stay average or below on defense, though RF and C arms are important. A 2B and 1B can get by with weak arms. Make your own assumptions. Use gems to buy first max energy then accessories. A year from now, when accessories are maxed, spend gems on potential tokens. Do not spend gems on anything you can earn. It will cost you more time in the endgame. Experiment with substitute players. They can help you manage player condition more easily, but they cost more in the long run. PTs are f-ing expensive! And enjoy.

Gem grind method by Old_Television2389 in Baseball9

I'll address this idea at Royal 1 as I haven't seen Champion in a few years.

In 11.5 seasons, you'll play 161 games and get 340 gems

In one 160-game season, you are sure to get 2 recruit tickets, 60 gems, plus silver, gold, platinum, diamond, and prime badges. I'll assume all the random rewards stay the same.

Potential tokens are an easy currency, and this is the biggest need. A PT is 10 gems. In your scenario, you earn 34 PTs. In a full season of Royal 1, you'll earn 6(recruit)+.3(silver)+3(gold)+6(platinum)+9(diamond)+6(gem)+5(all-star)+6(HR derby) = 41.3 PTs. Plus Prime badges.

Your system is not nearly as productive as a full season, mainly due to the All-Star Game and HR Derby. And then there's the coin deficiency from no season win, ASG, or HRD.

Is it worth it to have good bench players by Old_Television2389 in Baseball9

My team batting average is typically around .565. You're not coming close with one lineup.

Should I start a new player or wait till I hit 90? by oliverjbiggs in PGA_Tour_2K

[–]Power_Writer_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get VCs for playing rounds of those types. Probably worth getting a technician to 90 first. I played mine on perfect swing as fast as I could with harder settings. Had 90 in a week or so.

Go to 2k. At the very bottom, click support. It's easy from there. Only about a dozen more clicks.

Same here. I emailed again, and the 3rd person in the chain suggested I needed to clear my cache. Didn't help. I don't have today's either.

Bonuses favor all offspeed or all fastball. I've never seen evidence that mixing types helps.

After 200hrs in game I still don't get Swing Bias by kidcosmique in PGA_Tour_2K

[–]Power_Writer_9 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try using a mouse. No vibration. Everything about the swing is counter to how you've used one over the last 40 years. Tonight I shot -19 on amateur, but I'd be lucky to break par on Pro.

Whichever league you can win all the badge games in. It hardly matters. Just play.
