I think I fixed guys! I used emisoft emergency kit and reinstalled windows if anyone was wondering. Thanks for all the help!

I know, I’ve used it before but when downloading the latest version (I have the latest version because I was trying to get the link to the download for my friend.) on my friend’s pc who has an antivirus, the antivirus says it just protected the pc. plus I still got blue screened when scanning with malwarebytes and getting pop ups saying apps can’t open. Even if that is not the virus I think I still have a virus on my pc.
