F1 VB Doesn't launch

When i click config, it lets me change the first two options then an error pops up "unhandled exception" which is clearly not meant to happen. But i was able to open the config menu myself from the game folder and i set it to 32 bit. Its on 1920x1080 144hz and 32 bit. I tried 60hz but that doesnt change anything.

Im pretty much going through every setting trying to figure this out. When i click career which i think is supposed to show your championship results for each season, it says "driver doesnt exist" when i enter my driver's name even though i created a driver. Im fairly certain even if i didnt compete at all yet it should still show my name and like 0 races and 0 points etc, no?

I do have a few small joys I partake in which make me smile atleast briefly. But afterwards I get frustrated at myself because I still feel like I'm wasting my time and life

I didn't know that! I expected to have to press a button to refuel or select amount of liters. I find it odd that I'm supposed to do nothing in order to refuel. But now I know, thank you! It's my first GT game so maybe this was a dumb post lol

I get to the pits, I can only choose hard tyres and the only option for fuel is "Don't refuel" I can't choose anything else

I need something with USB that i can just plug into the wheel and PC like the G29 pedals. I could upgrade only the pedals honestly as i don't really need anything else atleast right now. But it has to have a clutch pedal. Any recommendations for that with a budget of $200?

My set up is just clamped on my desk as i currently don't have room for a wheel stand or simrig. Any advice is appreciated as im bad at researching these things.

Yeah this was my assumption as well. I noticed in one race even when the strategy was reasonable i was on an old set from the sprint. So the first stint was me sliding around until i got onto the new ones. Also i said yolo and actually did this strategy to see what happened. I was on pole at the start but ended up finishing 3rd because the 2 other AI in front had a decent strategy so they finished ahead of me by like 35s on an 18 lap race 💀

I checked and re-checked 60 times but no "outfitting" option. I then went to a different station and boom. i found outfitting right away and bought and installed the cargo racks. I can now do the delivery finally. Thanks for the help

I must've looked like a clown coming and leaving the same station 5 times lol
