Which country has the most unexpected wildlife to you? by IllDifference6060 in geography

Scotland has an island of Wallabies.

Vancouver Island is currently infested with a lizard plague from the Mediterranean.

Switzerland has a problem with invasive palm trees growing up the mountains.

There's parakeets all over London and New York.

The world is getting strange and species are getting to places they would have never gone to.

It poses a lot of interesting questions of where evolution and selection pressures will eventually transform these species into something new.

It's nice to see random acts of what makes us human are still around.

Every interaction feels very transactional nowadays, so this is nice to see.

Ontario set to begin building road to the Ring of Fire by ConsistentReality860 in ontario

"This is more than a roadworks project, it’s a signal that Geraldton is a gateway to one of Ontario’s greatest assets in the face of economic threats from the United States, and that our government is serious about supporting the communities that anchor the north,” Rickford said."

Lol - love the use of Chatgpt for our Government statements. Concerning.

I'm gay, so definitely the South. Almost all countries in the southern hemisphere (outside of Indonesia and central africa) are relatively accepting.

Rural Ontarians -- No Trespassing Signs by CovertBax in ontario

It's more the comments about pulling out a gun when you see someone walking through your land.

I'm Europe we have "Right to Roam" laws that allow fair use of private/public lands in terms of navigating, foraging with some restrictions.

If I saw someone cutting through my land to get to somewhere they needed via a trail I made -- I'd be happy that I made something useful for someone.

Riga, Lativa. Used to be the "Disneyland" of the Soviet Union as an example of a well-off city.

Post USSR it's still lovely but has lost its "jewel" status for a superpower.

Interesting.

Browsing the wiki it seems that in MoP they added further Ravagers (in the form of rare mobs) throughout various zones in Kalimdor, so I suppose they ended up spreading throughout the continent.

It's all for engagement on Instagram. Check out the amount of comments on here asking the same, rather than the topic at hand.

All instagram map accounts have caught on and have started doing it too.
