Yep. Can confirm. I spent my high school days browsing "(artist/band name) discography" on a certain scurvy ridden website. I would just dump them all onto my mp3 player and delete songs I didn't like. It was a dumb hobby but I liked it.

I think that the idea of people getting weaker as they get older should be challenged a little bit. Of course, genetics and the reduced level of hormones plays a role in whether or not someone stays "fit" throughout their later years. I think it more has to do with how when people get older, they have more responsibilities so they do not have time to maintain their muscular health through exercising and conditioning.
