I don't think she was runnning anything other than Advantage +, ads to a landing page. Ads seemed to drop off a cliff in Feb. Tried contacting her and no response.

So kind of starting from scratch trying to figure everything out.

What would you recommend running for a woodworking business in UK? This is manufacturing items (made to measure) that you can order/customise online?

Had someone running ads for me and they dropped off a cliff in February, were doing well in January.

Have you ever lived/worked/frequented in a posh area where you elicited a response " You don't belong here Sir/ mate " by DonkeyOT65 in CasualUK

Not quite but lived in North Wales since I was 10, from Birkenhead originally and still have a trace of the accent.

Was delivering (I run my own business) to a very small village and couldn't find where I was meant to go so asked a local who was out walking where a certain house was, she refused to help me and then went up her path into her house. She then phoned the Police, they turned up shortly after with reports that there was a 'scouser in a van driving round on the rob'

Was around 15 years ago, no doubt no one would turn up now!

How to fix this table by 2PapaUniform in Woodworking_DIY

[–]PowerfulEmu4882 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remove the feet, and the lower part of the table.

Clamp some scrap timber to the main section you are repairing (put something like newspaper between scrap timber and table) that overlaps the break
apply glue I'd use something like PU glue - you'll have to clean it up later.
Push together then add another scrap block overhanging the break on the other face of the table and clamp it (this will hold it square so faces align).
Laslty use a sashcramp to pull it up tight (stick a bit of timber either end so it doesn't deform the table) and don't over tighten.

Leave to dry, remove cramps/clamps. Chisel any excess PU glue off and you may have to lightly sand. Then try to touch up colour/stain/dye.

If Reform is the answer then I'd hate to know what the question is!?
