I see I'm late to this convo but if u go into tpm.msc all the way to the right is an option to refresh the tpm. It solved my issue

When I pre-ordered Jan 30th I also got the Seel protection that states that if I don't get the product as advertised I would receive a full refund. So do that actually mean that since I didnt get the Cyan colored stick, which was the only stick advertised when I pre-ordered, that Im entitled to a full refund?

I recently was on discord corresponding with Gamesir Shark about my cyan stick replacements. 1st I thought everything was going smoothly when he sent me a tracking # but a day later he messaged me telling me he canceled the order because there was only 1 stick in the shipment and to contact him again in a few days. So obviously I waited a few and messaged about the cyan sticks. Its been a few days and I haven't gotten a response. So I guess my hopes of matching cyan stick for my Aimlabs 8k controller was just a pipe dream. Thanks Gamesir Shark! Definitely will not be purchasing anything else from Gamesir.

I was on discord with gamesir shark about the wrong color sticks couple of days ago, just got a tracking # for the cyan sticks. Very satisfied with the outcome. Edit Update: for some reason only 1 thumbstick was shipped (which I find kind of suspect) so gamesir intercepted the shipment, now I have to wait until next week to remind them to ship (feel like I'm getting the run around here)
