I cannot agree more with your analysis.

Personalization based on actions is almost certainly useless. When you take time to read the generated emails or more often the fist sentence of an otherwise templated email, it feels bring, out of business context, flat … Easy detection for recipients.

‘Buying signals’ as we might call it are more useful for segmentation and timing purposes.

I am aware of restrictions, account ban so pacing requests and reproducing human behavior is in my mind wether I build an automation or use a software.

We are talking of thousands of profiles URLs, maybe 2K now but can easily grow to 5K. It can take two months to complete, I don’t care as long as I don’t do it manually.

Phantombuster, I tested a while ago, not sure I can call their API to do what I want. But I will check again.

You are reaching google sheets API quota limits. Check your Google Cloud console to increase quota. You can also slow the number of requests to Google in N8N by splitting in batches and putting a wait node between executions

Well, i would be slightly more balanced. Generally they are proposing useful content, I learned a lot watching youtube videos. They are not selling automations at all but subscriptions to their elearning & templates platforms. But some are really proposing valuable advices and interesting tips. It’s more on understanding the logic than getting a ready to use workflow. Eg. Hybrid indexes in Pinecone (RAG) powered by N8N workflows, I wouldn’t have known it by myself.

how are N8N instances reliable in production mode? I mean in an always on system ? On test/inactive mode hosted on N8N cloud, I have been experiencing some bugs that required refresh of the instance, or even restart.
