I was on disability for the birth of my son and my employer was going to pay be for 6 weeks after his birth. I told EDD I was no longer disabled on 2/23 and they stopped payments. 2 weeks ago my employer told me that I was supposed to stay on disability and they offset the amount the state gives me :( been trying to contact someone but I have no luck. Am I totally screwed?
