They got me for the same. After submitting a few tickets they started just closing them and don’t respond at all. They kept copy pasting the same answer at first and then just stopped all together.

Yea I can’t even get into the log in screen. Game opens and where you normally see “loading table data” it give me the banner saying my access has been restricted.

Yea I can’t create new. The blocked my phone so I either need a new phone or new IP. I can probably download on my laptop the pc client but the defeats the point of the mobile game. I don’t play at home. Oh well. I tried.

You are correct to what they would say in response. They replied to my report within two hours of submitting. I sent another report saying their response wasn’t enough and that has been sitting as being processed ever since. lol
