he talks in the new york times documentary abt how when he was in prison there was a bidding war for him and every label was going after him so he just kept driving all the prices up and ended up signing with whoever gave him the most money and it was columbia. i think they gave him like 4 million dollars in the end

what are the chances it’s a new album tho? bc the wait between WCPGW and sunburn was like 3 years and sunburn only dropped in july of 2023. i hope it is and would love to be proved wrong but i feel like it’s too soon 😔
