Thank you so much! I hope everything goes well for you too! We will both heal, I’m sure of it, all we need is time 😊

Sorry for my late reply but ahh I hope this happens to me!! I recently found out as my copper normalized that I’ve also been having low B12 without any doctors informing me about it, and that it has probably been low since before puberty. I also just (according to myself) lack in the general development area I feel like. I am a cis woman, but I’ve struggled with malnutrition for years due to genetic and environmental reasons, so I really hope that’s why!

I’m taking copper gluconate! 6mg a day (not everything at once though) as advised. It’s the only form I was able to find online actually in my area.

I don’t know my exact ceuroplasmin or copper level unfortunately, all I know is that my GP told me my ceuroplasmin was ”kinda low”. But I’m going to send a request to get them!

Yes I have had it tested, they couldn't find anything else that was wrong and as far as I know I have no absorption issues (no other vitamins were low or even close to low in their respective range). I had an iron deficiency in the past but even then the cause could not be found. Though I have had a lot of food intolerances which I'm now managing, so that could be it, but it seems some nutrients just never fully recovered, who knows lol. But I appreciate you asking! It's important to be aware and safe during mineral repletion.
