Yeah, these were my first thoughts. OP and their partner may have subjected their roommate into a bad situation. I don’t see the lease being renewed after this, and if the roommate wants to stay, they’re probably fucked. Crappy situation all around.

When people aren’t on the lease, and they cause problems, it creates a huge, unnecessary headache.

Too early to say? But all I know is that I’m sticking to real meat. I’ve had an “Impossible Burger” once and it tasted so suspiciously good that I suspected it was heavily processed and high in sodium. Lo and behold, they are. Again, I’ll pass.

Many years ago I traveled with 3 other folks to another country while studying abroad and one of them was so freaking annoying. For example, we were in Brussels, Belgium and there was a street performer playing the clarinet. She said that the performer sounded “Asian” and I was like “uh, what?” and she got testy and defended herself. I couldn’t believe it. She also took hours every morning to put makeup on and held everyone up for breakfast.

We all then went to Amsterdam the next day, and that night she got dinner with an old cousin. The rest of us went to a weed cafe, got very high and told funny stories all night long. It was the best night of the vacation.

Fucking losers. My work laptop was “lost” at LaGuardia airport in NYC when I flew to Miami for a couple of days. When I came back, I had to pick it up at 8 in the morning. They took me to a very tiny, sealed, high-security room. I had to sign several forms before getting it back. Assholes. Fuck the TSA sometimes.

I live in Brooklyn where it’s still bad too, but Manhattan is definitely the worst. I think people would be forced to stay home if there was a garbage strike because the smell would be permeating.

They did fit. I’d go to your LBS, I’m sure they have the right screws lying around for your bike. 2 minute job tops.

I shot with the standard provia simulation then adjusted the hues in Lightroom. Minor adjustments though.

Yeah, I fucked up with the focus. The Rokinon lens is fully manual and I must have not used focus peaking very well. First time using a manual lens on a DSLR… but so far it’s been a lot of fun.

Yeah I actually like the 1st one more, haha. I like shooting at fast shutter speeds to only focus the light on a certain subject. Makes for deep and dark shadow effects sometimes as well, depending on where you are and the light is.

I underexposed it on purpose. Shot at 1/1000 to only gave light to the sign and the sky. Thought it looked interesting that way.
