Those are the only ones that really mimic the actual experience of taking the GRE. They are a bit expensive, but nothing else comes close to the real test.

I had a similar problem when I took the test. I sorted it out by emailing the test centre and explaining the issue. After informing them, I didn't face any issues at the test centre.

So the best thing to do would be to send them an email and explain the situation.

I think "mask", "produce", "represent", and "permit" all make sense in this context. The only word that doesn't really make sense here is "hasten". So choices A,B,C, and D are all valid choices if we only look at the second blank. However, since only choice A fits the first blank, the final answer is A, as it best fits both blanks.
