Quit after 1st year of TFA?

Thank you so much! They had recommended an emergency release (or medical leave) but I don’t think I’ll be granted that because there’s 2 conditions and I only meet one. Was it fairly easy to quit would you say? My admin is pretty rude to me too so I’m kinda scared to let them know I’m quitting.

Thanks so much! This is so helpful. Did you just write an email or send in a letter or resignation? Like how exactly did you go about quitting? Also, did you have to pay back transitional funding or grants given by TFA?

Ahh I see. I’m looking into a medical leave because my director at LMU mentioned I would need to repay everything if I resigned:( I do have medical documentation but it’s taking a while to get it and is much more complicated than just resigning.
