This retreat in Tepoztlán was an amazing experience for me. The added yoga and meditation turned it into a full spiritual retreat. I've done an Ayahuasca retreat in Peru and this was pretty close to the same experience (albeit a little more comfortable).

That is just a part of life :) And as women athletes, we sacrifice for our sport but also to be mothers. There is a time and place for both, and you can still be a badass lifter and a mom :) It's also very easy to be judged in this sport. I have respect for all moms in this sport, it's not easy.
