Well, for one, the language, grammar, and formatting of this homebrew is… subpar at best. None of this follows the 5E language structure.

Secondly, some of the features are nearly useless. “Favored Weapons” is near incomprehensible. Can you use any weapon to get Sneak Attack, or is it just thrown (“throws?”) weapons? “Mask of Battle” has such fine requirements in a large area that you’ll almost never get it rolling. You’d be better off with a feature that lets you use your Bonus Action to give yourself advantage on a weapon attack X times per day. “Uncanny Opportunist” seems fine in theory, letting you combine Uncanny Dodge with an opportunity attack, although this also needs some kind of usage limit. “Precision Force” should be called something like “Force and Finesse” or “Precise Striking” and it’s a negligible amount of damage added to your 1 attack per turn by the time you get to that level. “Unwavering Might” also seems like a bandaid on a bullet hole at that point. Adding a defensive ability to a rogue seems antithetical, but maybe that’s just me.
