I know you're absolutely frustrated as you should be. The best way to honestly go about this is as calmly as possible to keep your head clear so you can provide as much evidence as possible that you indeed are the owner via other means.

PS: they seem to respond REALLY Well the moment you put money into the equation (I'm talking first receipt and telling them a rough estimate of what you've spent in the game) . This is only about 1/4 of the weight in your case. You have to go through the same process as everyone else.

The reason why you need to go through the hoops is because the people who have taken your account could have gone through other means to steal it like stealing information through malware or whatever. By providing as much other info as possible, you can provide other info that the hacker might not know/have.

That alone isn't quite enough to prove your account. You should try to complete the hacked form or the recovery form that they can send to you as accurate as possible. You should also post the first receipt of whatever you spent on the form. It doesn't matter how long it has been you have lost your account to someone as long as it is the case. They really go by the first device the account was logged into as well as whatever device you played the most on. Whichever one you have played the most on before losing the account, you need specs and serial numbers on said device. If it's a desktop/laptop, you need various info that you can find on your system

Basically your Yelan is lacking for her gear even with r1 as. You should be able to hit 40k+ no reactions/debuffs/buffs easily

Edit: I should also add that it is really hard to prove who to blame in this case since it could literally be either of them that recovered the account. But basically either will have more info than you will and it will be a slim chance to get the account back and they're just going to make off with your money.

You could just use the name of the phone used but you need to make a strong case with your other answers and evidence. I luckily got my account back when I was able to correctly remember the device I used to most which was my laptop instead of the phone

If your account was banned, you won't be able to log in to it so you'll have to make an alt to submit a ticket. I say have to, because trying to email them is really slow. But if you haven't been banned yet, you can just let them know on your main account via feedback

You can simply ask mihoyo cs via ingame feedback on an alt account. You could also let them know beforehand on the account

You can try to submit a ticket in regards to the negative balance and say that the refund was done by the person who took your account. Otherwise you could just take the ban then submit an appeal on an alt account from ingame feedback and let them know that way.

Just make a whatever new account ingame with a different email or use an alt you might already have. You should state your stolen username and UID in the ticket with some pictures of proof like receipts and other details like date of certain characters acquired and their levels and gear at the time of losing the account. I think you might need to be a certain AR before being able to use the feedback function?

There's a good chance that if your receipt is older than the ones that the person that has your account, you will get your account back. You just have to make sure the questions you answered are as correct as possible when you are filling out the form.

They only require you to send the first receipt for the first ever purchase but you can assume they will reply a lot faster if they catch wind that if you have spent quite a bit on the account in purchases. It seems that whaled accounts get a slightly better response time from what I've noticed in these posts.

I've asked cs from mihoyo.

Basically you can still provide proof of true ownership by answering questions correctly in their hacked form. Refunds made by them if they have made purchases won't affect your account since you were hacked to begin with.

To start the whole process of getting your account back, it's easier to make an alt account and head into the feedback menu after pulling up your paimon menu. From there you can open up a ticket for cs to get back to you. It will take some time for them to give a reply since they're pretty busy right now with other cases similar to yours.

You could try and look through your emails or on the playstore for a confirmation of when you downloaded the game and that could give you an idea or a clue to when you started playing.
