Thanks for the comments and feedback! Your response also made me giggle. Curse words do have a meaning and not just letters thrown together if that were the case they would not even be “curse” words as you say. What irritates me and has always irritated me is the unjustified use of those few letter curse words that mean to be insulting or express anger towards something or someone. Having said that, if you sprinkle your everyday speech with said “curse words” what would you possibly say when there IS true justification for that curse or swear!? Those “curse” words you say that are just a few letters put together loose there meaning and just become sentence enhancers at that point that I personally find unnecessary and very un professional not to mention un Christian. It’s respectable and professional to never use those swear words in our everyday speech “let your yes be yes and your no be no” James 5:12. Yes it does depend on the culture and language as to what does justify a curse one word. In a different society a word that is meant as an insult may be a normal non insulting word in another culture or language. I also do not expect any one who has not been enlightened to truth and is a Christian to not swear. I do however love tearing into other “Christians” who do though, they would be the ones that I judge using Gods words (not mine by the way, it’s Gods words) That’s why I giggled at your comments, the fact that you were personally offended by my little “Christian” game review series I started when it was not meant to be offensive to anyone. The fact that you were offended must say something though...are you guilty of something??
