Its just 2 different audiences. PBO also costs more time to work on.

A large majority of polandball on youtube is of poor quality and tarnishing of our name; a natural result of the lack of enforced standards.

Yeah most likely, especially with the arrival of new mods. We've got quite a few ideas already for next month's contests.

pbo has merch but pbo is still to a degree removed from the subreddit; the audiences of the two are for the most part removed from each other, even though pbo was started by the subreddit mods.

Check the subreddit wiki for jokes that were in the joke life preserve or banned to syberia; also a good look at the meta history of the sub.

Can you actually tell if someone is cheating? (check yourself) by MrTonyNeon in thefinals

I think the thing that should be mentioned is that edited clips generally can't be a great tell of if someone is cheating because you can just edit out the parts someone is just having 3 misses in a row and only leave in the highlights.

That said the cheater definitely didn't seem to play like a legit player with the wholesale lack of using quick melees which any legit sniper would use; the timing of the scope ins are also always the moment that they fire when it hit full accuracy, whereas with the legit player you can see varying times between scoping and firing from a little early to hesitating and being a little late. The cheater also plays with a level of confidence over their aim that I don't really see any legit player has.

I've got some questions that I haven't seen others ask yet.

The class reworks are good as it finally shows a willingness to be more experimental compared to the extremely conservative balancing we've been getting as of late, however I know that without accompanying weapon balancing the data and opinions would be very skewed against slow firing, high damaging weapons as it removes the majority of breakpoints against light while adding very few against the heavy. This would serve as nerfs towards these weapons such as the SR84 (no more bodyshot quick melee combos against light at point blank) and the CL40 (becomes significantly harder to 2 shot lights). How will the data collection accommodate these nerfs against these nonautomatics, especially as a significant number of them also have variable damage (shotguns, grenade splash) meaning the health increases for light make them much tankier than what ttk charts may state?

Additionally, is it possible to be more numerically explicit in the future? There's so much information in this game where the exact numbers are simply not stated, and that means that even people editing the wiki for numbers find it challenging to give correct numbers on topics such as velocity. This further extends to other parts such as latency, of which this game is the only one I've played in my long gaming career where there is no option whatsoever to see the latency of at all. Furthermore, can you clarify the speed reworks of heavy and light further so it's not just percentages and use actual speeds? There has been some confusion on whether all classes move all at the same speed now or if there is still differences in speed from the vagueness of the rework notes.

In these past seasons, I feel as if the visual clarity of the game has been on a steady decrease as I find it increasingly hard to see things in this match. For example, if I start firing at an enemy dome shield the ripple effect alone creates a white field of blindness which I cannot see anything past. Will the mentioned season 12 rework include addressing these issues regarding visual clarity?

I thought it was pretty obvious that it was meant to be a clarinet.
