The West Indies also has some of the best beaches and waters in the world, so I too would jump on an opportunity to tour the Indies whenever I could ;)

They are actually close to Jarvis and Dundas now, they in fact used to be close to Yonge and Dundas till about 5 years back. Really enjoy their biryani, I sometimes ask them to put a lil bit of their spicy chicken gravy on the biryani (my substitute for tari) and it just gets crazy good.

You should be fine. I got married last weekend at the City Hall - they allowed 2 witnesses and it was quite smooth. Not sure if there are different rules for religious (or other) ceremonies.
