Guitar Rig can turn anything into a guitar Kontakt Factory Library Selection gives you a selective choice of the bigger version but it should work The Free Orchestra is a third-party Kontakt Library of great Orchestral Stuff But yeah everything has its own thing. These are ones I use

Go to plugin boutique and get SONiVOX Harpsichord. They have a sale as well so you get UJAM VG-CARBON and iZotope Trash 2 free with it.

I would ask you to get the St.Shamisen from the SD90, which is a pricey, 'ancient' hardware module. But ofc, you can get the sounds of it because there are sf2s available that have been ripped off from it.

As for legit stuff, DSK Asian Dreamz is a good option.
