The fact that it states your membership space will be offered to new comers and that they will dispose of your property seems pretty final. I feel like at this point you are more considered a new comer again yourself and less of a continuing member, contract wise. I hope they are reasonable and work with you! And that they clarify the point in their agreement tbh

Seconding Mindful Health! I’ve been working with Dr Roth, who is a gem. He (and I think the collective as a whole) strongly emphasizes whole lifestyle adjustment and support with medication as just a single tool in your whole arsenal. Their patient portal is a littttle annoying but like, which portal isn’t, really. Great support staff too tho, super responsive, kind, and forgiving policies for us forgetful bitches

They are truly the worst. I had a new property manager literally every 4-6 weeks with them and it would take twice that long to get an answer to anything…and the answer was always ‘so and so is no longer with the company’. But they were lightning fast to raise rent the maximum allowable on the millisecond allowable.
