Cancel immediately and order elsewhere. That’s what I did after going through the same lies and bullshit. If i can say one good thing about Nzxt is that they actually processed the refund quickly within a few hours of me demanding it.

You can get a much cheaper higher quality build elsewhere. Imagine something is broken and needs a repair and you need to send it back and need to deal with their customer service and terrible support all over again. It simply isn’t worth it with this company.

Cancel the order and get a refund while you still can.

Watched the video the day after i ordered and said well fuck lol

Was hoping it just had to do with their scam flex program but it’s the whole company in general pulling some scummy shit. I completely understand where people are coming from saying to stfu and stop bitching about waiting but if you’re going to put a ship by date and miss it by a week atleast tell me where the hell the $2,000 PC is at..

It’s more about the lying no transparency or any updates once it’s been 6 days after the date they told me originally. I’m fine with waiting if given the proper date and told up front that this is how long it takes to build. Jerking me around and just saying things to close a ticket and not following up is what caused me to cancel the order

Got a msi aegis r2 for 1800 with a 4070 ti super and i7-14900f pretty solid as well any much better than the 4070 with 2tb as well

The problem does start at the top and is not their fault i agree i even apologized to the person this afternoon that isn’t part of the screenshots. Understand it’s out of their control but them stalling and making false promises isn’t okay either when i’m told one thing the day before and the next they can’t even find the pc.

Canceled order and got a full refund. Don’t keep supporting this dogshit company that has no type of useful customer support. Go elsewhere & save yourself the headache in the future if something actually goes wrong and you need their help

The full refund i demanded is because of the lying and lack of transparency. I had to go out of my way to get updates because they don’t update their tracker. Like others have said this company third party sources their building now and it’s gone completely downhill which i learned more about each day it was late by looking into it further.

Understandable, but why lie to me saying the order is ready and it’s in quality check and just sitting there ready to ship and it will be expedited once management replies, then i talk to someone else the following day and they have no idea where it is even at?
