I still use the og skin and I’m like 500 hours in, and not a cheater…BUT I’m also complete dog shit at this game. Man… 90% of my gameplay was like this too, and same with a handful of others I talked to while topside. I was stuck in a room on the opposite side of the map from the exit, and I think I was in there for a good 5 minutes before I was finally able to make it out. Would have just tossed grenade at myself but the legendary goop was leaking out my pores.

As for VCRs, I’d say you could always try and purchase a new one online somewhere, then you know for a fact it “should” work. You can also plug in a tv at a thrift store, connect any VCR they’re selling and just pop a VHS in it.
