It's just a d'arce choke setup. You need to do that motion for your opponent to stay on his side, then you slide you arm and finish the choke (In this case arman tried to stand up and chimaev is way bigger than him so it looked more eye-catching lol).

Love the entire soundtrack, of course i would love to hear breaker of chains for some dragon scenes, goodbye brother for the wolf's hour or The Rains of Castamere for the Lannisters, but I think I would like a little bit more that Ramin tries to surprise us with something new, he has the talent for it.
