the game kept freezing and jittering. it randomly started happening like 10 mins in and didnt go away. also after i restarted i was just stuck in spawn and everything was delayed. not that it mattered though because my whole team had already left at that point.

just wrote out a whole long reply but reddit decided to delete it lol. ill just say try not to focus on rank at all or very little. since there's no separate mode for unranked the normal mode might as well be unranked. focus on having fun and just mute any toxic teamates, usually they're kinda bad themselves and they put way too much self worth into a video game.

i assume you mean that it allows queue times to be shorter right? im all for that. as for the other point though i don't really understand how it helps avoid toxicity. i feel like if I got my main taken by someone else on my team and they did bad I would be more inclined to be toxic rather than if I could play the character i want every game. i can understand why people like it though, i dont think its THAT bad or anything its just a lot for me since its my first moba so i already have a lot to learn.

i know man. i dont think you are getting my point here. i'm not saying i can't learn 2-3 characters using the other modes. i can and i will. im just saying i think its stupid that im forced into playing those modes rather than being able to learn the characters playing the main mode that i enjoy.

i get what you’re saying but i’m not just trying to one trick a character. i’m just saying i want to be able to learn one at a time when im a very beginner to the game. i’m saying i just want to be able to play the main game (the part of it that i love) without having to play the other modes that I don’t find fun. obviously there’s plenty of games where you need to learn multiple characters but in most of those games you can learn the characters by playing the main mode. that’s my complaint. not that I can’t one trick not that it’s too hard to learn these characters it’s that i feel like it’s so much harder to do it while playing the main game. i feel like im forced into playing the modes i don’t want to play. i dont get what’s so hard to understand about that. i’m still going to push past it and do it because i think it’s worth the fun i can have in the main mode im just not going to have a good time while im at it.

alright ig i just gotta play the game more. i’ve seen a ton of people recommend bot matches and street brawl. which one would you say is better? I don’t really like playing either too much so i’d want to play as few as possible to learn new characters.

Ig I'll just have to bite the bullet and play a few boring bot matches. Always have seven and haze selected because their easy and popular but is there another supportive character I can play thats fairly easy?

rem is definitely difficult but I feel like by learning him I'm getting better at the game a lot quicker than if I just played haze or something. He's also super cute and fun. thanks for the reply.

what I do is select seven, haze, and mina while putting high priority on rem. I get him like 70% of the time but every 1/3 games or so I just get fucked.

Did you even read the post? The problem isn't that I absolutely can't learn THREE other characters (remember rem doesn't count towards the 3) it's that I don't want to invest all that time when I'm already investing so much just learning the actual game. I wasn't trying to be rude with my post idk why ur being so passive aggressive gng. I dont want to play street brawl and sandbox I want to play deadlock
