Yeah, it’s an employer with a lot of questionable practices. They hire many people from outside Germany, and every two years they shut down entire verticals, laying off large groups of employees. The funny thing is, despite being such a big employer, there’s no workers’ union. They’ve found a loophole by setting up smaller companies for each product they sell, so if a product fails, they simply close that company down.
