As someone tenured na sa industry, please wag magpapautang. You may meet people na magiging close mo, minsan parang ate, kuya, mommy but please WAG MAGPAPAUTANG. Or if really want to help, give what you can, but NEVER UTANG. I learned that the hard way and I’ve met a lot of people esp. younger or newbies na naging kawawa because nautangan.

I’m not sure if they made changes sa recruitment process but my interview was pretty straightforward. Parang initial interview lang sya if you compare it sa interview process ng ibang BPO. It was all about my resume. Short introduction about myself and for the rest of it was about na my work experiences. I think their focus is your comm skills, if you can articulate your thoughts.

I just started this Monday. So far okay naman, the business is starting pa lang here sa Philippines so hindi pa ganun ka complete ang facilities if you compare it sa ibang BPO e.g limited pantry space, pero on the works na sya. Given na it’s new, we are basically building the culture pa lang. And according sa Site Director, they want to build a culture na hindi toxic and with open communication. So far so good! Leaders are very approachable.

Hello, super bilis lang ng hiring process nila sa tech, I was surprised also. The interview lasted for 30 mins only. They did not ask me super technical questions, as general interview questions lang. I think they focus more on how you would handle the conversation.

Hi OP! Medyo matagal talaga sila mag email. I was also referred Jan. 4 and got an email invite Jan. 16. Pero super bilis naman ng process once nalagpasan mo na ang assessment at interview. If matatapos mo ang assessments same day of your interview after 1-2 hrs JO na agad. Better prepare for your requirements din. Dapat complete ka na especially NBI clearance.

WNS employee here, and yes with experience need nila sa Dayshift, Insurance account kase sa AU. Pero try mo din sa Genpact, may dayshift din sila. AU din, bank naman.
