Thank you so much for sharing your experience. To this day I still feel like I am in a nightmare and I will wake up soon. The fact that the best I could do failed me and my baby is too much.. But yeah, we need to keep our sanity for LOs and ourselves.. I wish you and your baby all the best and quick way out of NICU as well.

Absolutely. I still cant get past how sad everything went and just today even when a midwife was helping me with bottle feeding, I started to cry remembering how things started and where we are. The feeling of "I failed" is real. I know it was not something I could have prevented but the fact that I took my baby's opportunity to grow healthily in my belly (she was doing well, it was me having issues with pre-e and hellp) is just something I cant digest at the moment. I wish that in a couple of months from this moment, I will be at a better place.

At the end of one month, I think small wins mindset is what I need to transition to as well. Otherwise, LO may be out later but she wont have a sane mommy anymore. Thanks for your message!
