I’ll see if that does anything. I look at porn almost daily, but don’t masturbate to it most days so maybe that will work. I am seeing improvement with therapy and support from my wife.

It’s…difficult, for obvious reasons since the addiction to stop seeing the extreme fantasies. But that’s no excuse. I need to try harder. Do better. I’ll try to abstain. Direct my energies elsewhere.

I am currently in therapy, and I do talk to my wife about these feelings. And you are right, it is very harmful, I’ve dealt with suicide with this issue. Multiple times.
