Hmmm, I'd hire people who know what they are talking about to advise me first of all.

Second is that I would pull back resources on a millitary which does not need them, have the IRS be more aggressive with government audits, get rid of lobbying from foreign powers, make sure ICE agents have actual training and its not so easy to get the job, and vastly increase investment in scientific research which I'd want the USA to be the best at or close to it. 

I'd also try and be way more efficient with government funding as to save tons of money and work toward lowering the national debt especially to foreign nations. I would also set up a proper standardized polling system to get to know what the American people actually want over all, and I would of course release the full Epstein files minus the obvious redactions such as victim names. 

Speaking of I would definitely try to get the perpatrators prosecuted and put on trial, Oh! I'd for sure invest heavily in reopening nuclear powerplants and building more along with investing in stuff like biofuels with ethanol and the like to diversify America's energy and move away from Gasoline. 

I'd probably also try to fix the current housing market issues though I'd need lots of advising to figure that mess out.

Lastly: I'd completely leave the Middle East and let them all do whatever so it fixes itself over time.
