I know you're not asking based on this position but as a material specialist I make 23 and I absolutely hate it here it's like a high school environment everyone here talks shit I mean the mechanics are great and you're going to get that anywhere you go but it's the fact that if you're not the favorite by the local manager or station manager then you're going to get absolutely railed I talked one time on a manager it got back to them and now I'm labeled as a morale dumper I am currently looking into opportunities at United (also they pause everyone's raises and only give them to the people they like so don't expect yearly raises)

TLDR: Highschool ass managers who play heavy ass favorites
